    Shipping Policy

    We ship all orders from our California warehouse within 2–3 business days of purchase.
    Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
    Delivery times vary by location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

    • Free shipping on U.S. orders over $75 (before tax and after discounts)

    • Standard shipping rates apply for orders under $75

    • Currently, we ship within the United States only. For international inquiries, please email orderprocessing@dotart.com.

    Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund items shipped to incorrect addresses.


    Return & Exchange Policy

    We want you and your little artists to be completely happy with your Do A Dot Art® purchase!
    If you’re not satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping).

    To qualify:

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

    • Please email orderprocessing@dotart.com with your order number and reason for return to initiate the process.

    • Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

    If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right promptly.


    Order Cancellations

    Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, as long as they have not yet shipped.
    To request a cancellation, email orderprocessing@dotart.com with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.


    Lost or Missing Packages

    If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:

    1. Check with neighbors or your local post office first.

    2. If the package still cannot be located, contact orderprocessing@dotart.com for assistance.

    We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue with the carrier.
