If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping).

Eligibility

- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

- To start a return, email orderprocessing@dotart.com with your order number and reason for return.

- Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can replace or refund your item right away.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they haven’t yet shipped.
To request a cancellation, email orderprocessing@dotart.com with “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.
